Q. How much beer does a CO2 cartridge dispense?
A. By following our keg filling instructions you only need two CO2 cartridges for two and a half gallons of liquid.
Q. How long will beer last in my Tote-A-Keg?
A. As long as the beer stays cool and pressurized it will last as long as a keg at your local pub.
Q. How long does my beer stay cold?
A. When you want a beer you open the tap not a cooler lid. This allows ice to last much longer than getting a beer from a conventional cooler.
Q. How much does a Tote-A-Keg weigh?
A. Compared to a traditional ice chest Tote-A-Keg needs very little ice, so the Tote-A-Keg can weigh as much as fifteen pounds lighter. The handles are also closer together making it much easier for one person to carry.
Q. Why Tote-A-Keg instead of a case of beer?
A. Many parks and beaches don’t allow bottles and many frown upon cans. With landfills near capacity a reusable keg is the environmentally friendly thing to do. Besides how many people do you know have cold draft beer anywhere they go?

I. Click here for cleanup instructions.
Anything that comes into contact with beer must be cleaned. Your transfer hose should be immediately disassembled cleaned and rinsed. The longer warm beer stays in a hose or your keg the more difficult it will be to clean.
